NightOwl wanted to build a new-and-improved ecommerce store that would make it easy for customers to purchase their espresso martini products online. Their team had already created page designs in Adobe, but they needed help implementing these designs, configuring ecommerce integrations, and improving the site UX.

Discovery and Strategy

We started off with a workshop to better understand NightOwl’s website and customer goals so that we could plan the best strategy for site implementation. Our first aim was to determine how to streamline the shopping workflow to allow customers to buy products in as few clicks as possible. Our second aim was to figure out the best way to implement advanced store functionality like a Store Locator and order minimums.

Once we had mapped out these new user flows and identified the best integrations for the advanced store functionality, we got to work building out the site in Shopify. Our developers performed extensive Shopify theme customizations so that we could match the desired site design as closely as possible and fulfill all of NightOwl’s functionality requirements.
