Post Up Careers desperately needed a website level-up. The company's ecommerce website was hardly generating any sales. The team at Post Up hired us to achieve a singular goal: sell more resume and career coaching products online.
Discovery and Strategy
We started with a discovery workshop to better understand the company’s services, competitive differentiators, and customer goals. The bulk of our time was spent distilling Post Up’s many services into clear service categories and creating clear purchase pathways for each of these services.
Brand Definition
Content Writing
Next we wrote website copy for each page, focusing on highlighting Post Up’s personalized approach, successful track record, and coaching aptitudes. We included SEO keywords to improve the website’s ranking in Google search results.
Design and Development
After the page copy was approved, we moved into site development. We built the site in Shopify, with a focus on creating clear purchase pathways and service packages. We also developed a Blog page and a News page, which Post Up regularly adds content to each month.
